Photography Walks

What are photography walks?

How Long? - These walks will last approximately 2 hours
When? - I can be flexible during the winter months and am willing to book on an ad hoc basis.
How many people are on a walk? - I would like to keep the groups small so everyone can receive attention so no more than six people. I am willing to run one on one walks but I would have to raise my price for this.
How much? - if in a group booking it will be £25 per person.
Meeting Where? - We shall meet on the seats outside of the RNLI shop near the beach.

FAQs

What age groups are welcomed?

Because I want to ensure that all 6 participants get a chance for direction and support with their photography efforts. I want to keep it 17+

Can I take my dog?

Unfortunately, I will have to say no as I don't want others or yourself to be distracted. I am keen to ensure that everyone gets the best opportunity to enjoy the scenery and take a few new skills away with them.

Where will we be going?

I aim to start at Explore Indie, where drinks and snacks are available. There are also facilities on-site if needed before we set off. We will work our way onto the beach via the Spa and head towards the harbour where we take in plenty of scenes to end the walk.

I already know things about photography, so why should this interest me?

If you know about and are confident in what you do, this will be a chance to meet new people and share your experience and passion with others.

What if the weather is poor?

There are always challenges with the great British weather and I will be more than happy to give you tips to help you to continue to do photography even in inclement weather. Just bring the correct clothing!

What will I learn on this walk?

You will learn the following how to unlock your creativity, basic photography skills, camera settings, how to use the light and feel more confident with your photography in the future. You will also receive a free photography tips guide to supplement your learning.
